For 19 years, Hayley Lowe thrived in the corporate world, building a career that took her to offices across the country. She was driven, organised, and committed, qualities that earned her respect and a sense of achievement.
Yet beneath the polished exterior, life had other plans.
A period of profound family grief forced her to step back and reconsider her priorities, leaving her questioning what true wellbeing meant.
“I tried everything,” Hayley recalls. “Running helped clear my head for a while. I was offered counselling and medication, but neither felt like the right path for me, so I did not go ahead. None of it seemed to address what I was truly feeling.”
It was at this vulnerable moment that she discovered Reiki, a holistic therapy she describes as transformative. Almost instantly, she noticed a shift, tension eased from her body, her mind felt clearer, and she experienced a sense of calm and balance she hadn’t felt in years.
Reiki is a form of energy healing in which a practitioner places their hands lightly on or near the recipient’s body to facilitate the flow of energy. The aim is to remove blockages and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Gentle and non-invasive, Reiki can complement modern medicine, self-care routines, and personal development, helping recipients feel restored and centred.
Intrigued by her experience, Hayley decided to dive deeper and despite a demanding corporate schedule, she retrained in Reiki, earning her first, second and third degrees with the third being the highest level. She also trained in Indian Head Massage, expanding her ability to nurture both body and mind, and began to build her business quietly yet with fierce determination.
Her focus quickly became clear, helping women manage overwhelm. “Women today are juggling so much, digital overload, children, family responsibilities, careers, and the nervous system simply can’t cope,” she explains. “Reiki helps to relax the mind and body, shift energy, and create space for clarity and positivity.”
The sessions Hayley offers start at £40 for an hour of Reiki and £30 for an Indian Head Massage. She is also offering her Deep Calm experience for £65 until the end of January. “It is my way of helping women begin their wellbeing journey,” she says.
Hayley’s approach is holistic. She wants Reiki to become as commonplace as monthly beauty treatments. “For so long we’ve concentrated on our outer beauty,” she says, “but our inner spirit and soul needs attention too. Reiki isn’t a luxury, it’s essential for mental and emotional balance.”

Clients respond strongly to her work too and many arrive stressed, exhausted, or anxious, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves. “It’s about turning overwhelm into positivity,” Hayley explains. “Taking time for your inner wellbeing isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.”
As she steps fully into her Lichfield-based practice, Hayley envisions a future where wellness is integrated into everyday life. Her mission is simple, to make energy healing accessible, approachable, and essential. “When the mind and body are at ease, everything else flows more smoothly, relationships, careers, even creativity,” she says.
Hayley’s combination of Reiki and Indian Head Massage offers more than treatments, it’s a pathway to balance and clarity. Whether clients are dealing with stress, fatigue, or the pressures of modern life, her sessions are designed to reset the nervous system, ease tension, and leave a lasting sense of calm.
Her story is also a reminder that it’s never too late to change course and pursue something that nourishes both heart and mind. From the boardroom to the healing room, Hayley demonstrates that career success and personal wellbeing can coexist, but only when we listen to the needs of our own bodies and souls.
For anyone looking to restore balance, reduce stress, and nurture the spirit, Hayley’s practice in Lichfield offers an inviting and transformative space. And with her January special, there has never been a better time to experience it.
