We’re delighted to be launching this new monthly event in collaboration with our friends at The Pilates Studio, bringing together two communities with a shared passion for wellbeing, connection and mindful movement.
Launching on Saturday 21st March, this relaxed walk invites you to slow down, connect with others, and enjoy the natural beauty right on your doorstep.
Meeting outside The Pilates Studio in Lichfield, we’ll set off together for an easy, welcoming walk designed for all abilities.
Whether you come on your own, bring a friend, or join us with your dog or little ones in a pushchair, you’ll find a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Expect fresh air, gentle movement, and good company, with time to chat, unwind, and reset.
The walk will take place at 3pm on the third Saturday of every month, making it the perfect regular moment to pause in your busy schedule and prioritise your wellbeing.
In a world that often feels rushed and overwhelming, this is your invitation to do something different. To move a little more slowly. To breathe a little more deeply. To reconnect with yourself and your community.
